  • What would you do?!?

What would ya put in first? A wet dry or a 2262? It's for a 150 tropheus tank. Thanks

    Both.

If you mean that the fish are already in then I don't think it matters, either are good filters and hold up their own, the 2262 might offer better mechanical filtration to start with though and would probably need more time to settle so I would do canister first. BUT the wet/dry offers some really good oxygenation and might be easier to install at time of set up if you go with a large sump which would need to be installed prior.

Since it's a choice of one or the other, I would put in the wet/dry first with a circulation pump so that detritus won't settle on the substrate and have filter floss in the drip tray to give you some mechanical. I've had this on a troph tank running with no problem.
