Is the wet/dry on a new tank? Or is it on your already running tank? Also, did you use two or one?

I just realized how long this thread is. I need to read it. Two wet drys, HOB AC 110, and K4, still searching for another.

Ok, here's my experience since Im doing the pointless thing of running two wet drys. The only trick to it is the levels of the overflows. When they aren't at the right level, just adjust either one or both and wait for about ten minutes to check the water levels. Either one will be low and the other high, but I seriously doubt any kind of failure with both pumps. I just don't see how or why both pumps would fail. It is true that one wet dry is dependent upon the other, as far as water level in the sump. Thanks for all of the replies. You guys are wild.

So... what tank is it on? Some new tank or your tank that is already running?
