  • Tank service

Hey there, long time no post! So I had a customer ask me this week if I knew of any tank cleaning services that are both reputable/responsible and affordable. He had someone taking care of his tanks that apparently didn't know what they were doing... Anyway, I told him I had no clue, but that I would ask on here. Anyone have any leads? I know the best thing is to take care of your own tanks, buuuut, some people aren't into that aspect .... Any info appreciated! Thanks.

I'm sure Sunny would agree that as OCD as I am about cleaning my tanks, I'd probably be awesome at it, lol.

Someone definitely needs to clean the tank at CC's Cafe. I love to eat there, but hate to see the fish tank. I don't think it's been cleaned since the hurricane. Even the algae has algae.

Best question is, is it salt or fresh, then go from there. I could clean any freshwater tank. Put me with a saltwater tank and Im clueless.

Prosper and Shannon at Aqua Zoo do tank maint. Don't know if they'd be willing to take on any new customers during the store move, though.

Sorry I haven't replied in a while, my Mom isn't doing too well right now and family comes first. Thanks for all the replies! I didn't ask him a ton of questions, so what I do know is that he's probably in my area (290 & Hwy 6-ish), I think the tanks are downstairs, both freshwater. Beyond that, don't have much more info. Trying to keep it a simple favor doesn't always work

Names/Companies/Phone #s or any leads are appreciated....? Hope I'm not coming across as short or ungrateful for ya'lls help, but as I mentioned, my heart's not really in this right now. :icon_hang:
