How long does the initial ammonia spike from amazonia last? I have 2 seeded filters plus media from a third and dosing colonize. After nearly a week I am still getting extremely high readings.

mine stopped leaching in like almost 2 weeks or less i only put the bt-9 in it and had one old filter running on it and one new one. -
