    How long does the initial ammonia spike from amazonia last? I have 2 seeded filters plus media from a third and dosing colonize. After nearly a week I am still getting extremely high readings.
    29 Gallon SA Tank -- 5 Bleeding Heart Tetras, Mated Pair of Angels, 7 Green Corys, and a Rubberlip Pleco

    30 Gallon Breeder -- 20+ neon tetras, 3 albino cories, 2 albino bristlenose plecos, female betta, 1 angel


    5 Gallon Shrimp Nano - Sakura Red Shrimp, Boraras Brigittae, Oto Cats, Olive Nerites, and Pink Ramshorn

    is it the new amazonia?

    mine stopped leaching in like almost 2 weeks or less i only put the bt-9 in it and had one old filter running on it and one new one.
