Well a few days ago i broke down my stepfather saltwater 55g. There was a bunch of argonite left in it so i thought ill just clean it instead of tossing it. So i moved the 55g tank and stand out onto my porch and proceeded to fill it, stir the sand bed, then drain it. Did this until the water coming out was almost as clean as the water going in. Left it out there bc it was out of the way and wasnt hurting anything. Well yesterday i sold my other 55g to someone and they wanted to do brackish to full marine, so i suggested argonite instead of pfs. I scooped most of if not all of the argonite out of the 55g, so it was just tank and stand on my back porch. I didn't realize there was gonna be a wind storm last night... This morning my gal sends me a picture of the 55g tank and stand that is on my back porch, and asks if its supposed to be like this. The wind had blown open the cabinets and then when it tried to blow the tank over, the open cabinets caught it. I could really care less about the tank, silicone isn't in good shape and the glass is scratched up. I'm just glad i don't have to clean that mess up when i get home from work.
