I've been thinking about putting a small power head in my sump to keep the water moving and free of detritus. What y'all think?

I threw a couple of mollies, platies & guppies in my sump. Now it's poop free & I've never once fed them. Sunny did the same & was happy with the results as well.180g - 2 Red Oscars, 1 Tiger Oscar, 1 JD, Convicts, convicts & more convicts

When I had fry get sucked up in the overflow, when I would clean the sump the fry in the sump were two times as big as the ones in the tank. They were eating good!!!210gPetrochromis Macrognatus Green 'Nsumbu

The flip side of that is when the livebearers in the sump breed, the fry get spit into the tank & provide snacks, lol.Originally posted by moganman View PostWhen I had fry get sucked up in the overflow, when I would clean the sump the fry in the sump were two times as big as the ones in the tank.
