So i just put a brand new bulb in my ballest and its still not working so i took it apart to look at it and theres the starter/condensor thing and there is also a box. How do i test to find out what is bad in the ballest since i know the bulb is fine?

Why not just buy a new ballast? -

Whats the size lamps your working with here. Need some info......usually hd carries most ballast's for a standard t8. How u can tell its bad is if theres like black gooey stuff coming out and it may have a burned look to it.5 gal baby hecqui grow out
