New MH bulbs not firing up?

I just got some new MH bulbs. One of them is working perfectly, but the other is malfunctioning or something? Should I get an exchange?

The ballast is somewhat old, but it works perfectly. I opened it up and the ballasts and capacitors are still in good condition. No loose wiring or connections. I even pulled the connector inside the socket out a bit to get a better connection, but nothing.

Here's a picture with all the specs on the bulbs. It's the 8,000k bulb.





Here's a video of the bulb not firing up. After it cuts out, it'll begin to start up and cut off.

Problem solved. Screwed the bulb off and let it cool off completely. Then screwed the bulb back on and gave it about 10-15 min before screwing it off. It worked after about 5-6 times of doing this. Odd how the other bulb only needed the first time and only about 2-3 min to warm up.
