What you think DIY guys is water resistant , for safety put a layer of aquarium silicone to make sure and use as a fail safe device

set it up at 84 in case one heater fail it will cut the power before is too late, it handle 1k watts so i can plug 2 heater,

    opinions?

    thanks

That's a good controller for the price. Why do you need to silicone it?

also if you plug 2 heaters make sure they're the same wattage

Since is not made for aquariums make water proof the sensor, I used this ones when u used to have snakes and are really good they nevee fail me , the heater are 2 of the same Watts and brand but my idea is to put the controller to 82 and heaters to 80 and use the controller just in case of a overheat.

What heaters are you hooking up with the controller? And this is made for hydroponic gardens. So my guess is it can take some water.

Why not just go with via aqua titanium? Or add a jehmco titanium heater to the controller?
