  • AquaClear 30 and 50

My wife has a small bowfront tank that sits on out counter in the kitchen area. When I came home from work this morning i could hear the filter going, and I usually can't. I thought it was sucking air from the undergravel air stone. Which it has done before when I had the filter above it. When I woke up this evening, I looked at her tank and there was hardly any water in the filter, like it losts its prime from some reason. I filled it up and it took off and started working correctly. THEN I checked on my sons tank and it too had lost prime. Not sure whats going on with these filters or why that both did it at the same time.

My wifes tank is a 13ish bowfront tank with a AQ30
    My sons tank is a 55g with a AQ50

    Thanks Chris....

LOL yea thats it. I talked to my wife when I came to work and she told me about losing power this morning. You know it should have dawned on me when I seen the time on my stove was flashing. Seems like I lost all common sense when it comes to these aquariums....
