What's up with my T5?

I have two bulb fixtures. One of the bulbs is fine but the other flashes on and immediately cuts off. Because of this, the entire fixture turns off after about thirty seconds.

Figured it out. It's this box that's not working.

ballast is out.

You can order that ballast off Ebay for about 25.00. I just replaced one for a 36" T5 2 bulb light. I went to the same guy that I bought the light from.

Yeah ballast. I ordered one yesterday. Same guy I got my lights from topdog.

I'm having a hard time finding a 39W ballast that fits my lights. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Here's a picture.
