What is the best PH for Tropheus keep and How to keep the PH constant

In past three weeks, I have setup a new tank and the PH drop down rapidly to 7.6 to 7.2 and I want the PH above 8. So I dig some information from Google and I have read the best PH keep from 8 to 9.2. I know a lot people don't want add chemical to raise PH into there tank ( Some use buffer or Baking soda + Epsom Salt + Instant Ocean salt). And some use Lava Rock or Limestone and sea shell to raise PH by natural ( Apply if you have Sump tank) My question is how to raise the PH to 8 or higher and keep the PH constant?? ( if you use your own mix what recipe and how often do you use it) Thank you

hmm ive never messed with the ph but maybe search up ronr water ph mix that he uses to keep mobas

here u go he uses it for moba fronts but i would tink it would be the same for trophs
