ADA ferts

So has anyone here used ADA ferts? I'm looking for something very SIMPLE, and it looks like this is VERY simple, and made to work well with ADA aquasoil.

I know it's coslty but I hear it is VERY easy to use, and very good.

Thoughts?

Also is this the right ones to buy

Those four. Do I need them all?  Do I need something else?  Well they work well?

Thoughts? Advice? Best place to buy? IT seems like it's 18 bucks a bottle where ever I go.

It is very simple to use but just about all the ferts out there are simple to use when dosed the estimative dosing regime.


I use the whole line-up....

daily.
Step3----this is dependent on the age of your soil
Brighty K
Special Lights----dependent on your plant selection

weekly/every other day(depending on what you want out of your plants/lighting)
python-git
ECA
green gain
green bactor


anything will work but dependent on your plant selection and ferilizer needs.....if you are barely running any lights or don't have a good balance of lights, co2, ferts you will create an algae farm.

I would just use the 3 main ferts and change according to what your plants show you in difficiency.

As for how long it last....it all depends on what your plants intake...on the 30g I use to have, at it's peak I was pumping ferts like crazy.

So your saying skip the ECA bottle?  I thought that Iron was a big one.  
Did you see my tank? Do you think I need the Special lights?

Also do you think I should start with step 2?  THe aragment of the plants is new, but the tank has been set up for a while now.

ECA is supplemental iron.

Depends on how your plants grow....as for which nitrogen I would go with shade unless you know what you are doing.

go with the shade? Even with 5.5 wpg of light, and lots of Gloss on the bottom of my tank?

Why would have not want to use the brights?

Use brights then....but the 5.5wpg is just a rule of thumb kinda thing...your tank is kinda tall looking so the foreground might not get as much light as you think.

also the other plants in your tank factors in too cause if they can't uptake what you put in then there will be excess nutrients in the water column and that will lead to algae if not taken care of.

Go for the bright lights but dose the minimal every other day till you can figure out if its too much or too little then adjust accordingly.
