I replaced a glass on a 100 gallon tank today. I love Harbor Freight! I already had some of these clamps but needed 3 more. They are on sale at Harbor Freight for 5.99! The tank standing on end is the next repair/project. It needs a reseal and I will reseal it but I am going to plumb it also because it is already drilled. But it has 8 holes drilled in the bottom. You can see the four holes on one end and 4 on the other end. That seems like an awful lot of plumbing for a 135 gallon tank. Does anybody have any idea why 8 holes would be used? If anybody is interested in that tank I might sell it after I repair it and install the skimmers. I have the glass tops for it and a stand but the stand was left outside and is in poor shape.

Harbor Freight tools. Is a great place for that kind of stuff. I use their spring clamps to hold my hoses. When I do water changes. I also use their water pumps. for my tanks sump pumps. As for the people who run harbor freight. they are a bunch of Nazis.
They do not treat the people that work for then very well.Nothing Kills Evil Like a Sharp Stick...

Salt water tanks have mad flow. They move more water to keep coral's happy and alive. the 2 at the back are for overflow the 2 in front of them are the returns. you could run closed loops. with canister filters or big sump either way it's a nice tank.Nothing Kills Evil Like a Sharp Stick...

I just researched closed loop system and looked at a few different systems. These systems get complicated! But now the configuration makes more sense to me. I have no intention of setting up a salt tank and it wouldn't be right to use this tank for fresh water when it would make a great salt water tank so I will clean it and repair it and it will be for sale. Anybody interested in this tank pm me.
