How far along would you say my fishless cycle is?

My tank has been running for 15 days now with new PFS substrate from Leslie's, old rocks that were boiled and cleaned before introducing to new tank, a few ferns, and some moss. My canister filter witch is a Eheim 2217 that I bought off of another forum member, he had it running on a mature tank. I just purchased a master test kit, so I can't tell you what the levels were when I started but here was my results tonight. Also I have been feeding my live plants Flourish Excel every other day and Trace twice a week if that helps.

PH - 7.6
High Range PH - 7.4
Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 1ppm
Nitrate - 5ppm

Thanks! How long do you think I should wait before I start introducing fish into the tank?

Add a couple of fish. Keep checking for first two. Nitrates just mean you need a water change but your plants should help keeping that down.
