Milwaukee regulator not working

I'm restarting a planted tank after a couple years. Tried using a Milwaukee regulator I had from a previous planted tank I had and now it does not want to work. I had a five pound tank co2 filled as well. When I plug in the regulator I hear it click. Any ideas what's going on? I'm thinking it went bad after a couple of years of no use.
