FishLady and I are trying to find Suite N-7, (Houston Aquarium Warehouse), and we're close by, but a bit off track, we drive down to the end of the commercial building and there's tihs Oceanic Hex sitting by the dumpster. I ask Loretta to pull over there and I jump out to take a closer look. Except for some nasty looking substrate, the tank appears to be in fairly good condition, so I went ahead and put it in the back of the truck.
I just went outside and cleaned it up a bit and here is what I found under all the scum and dried algae.
As you can see in the first picture, there is a small leak in the seam, I will have to re-seal this freebie, but as you can also see, there is no visible scratch's on this tank. It turned out to be a really nice looking tank.
