Re: controlling brown growth on rocks
yea i have a sedontis catfish and two bristle noes plecos. i leave the light on for about 8 hours a day. there is plenty of flow in the tank. i run a fluval 404, wet/dry 700gph, and a powerhead. I dont have aquarium rated bulbs in my 48" light fixture. would this be the cause? thanks.I love my Fahaka "Peter" puffer.

Re: controlling brown growth on rocks
Lighting may have something to do with it...I left my lights on too long once and my whole tank had a green tint for the next 2 weeks. :evil:Help support (C)atfish (A)nd (K)ool Pleco's; Houston's premier fish club

where can i find this stuff locally. i dont want to have to order it off of the internet. Ramius i appreciate the offer of getting my some plants but im pretty sure that my cichlids would eat those things pretty quick.I love my Fahaka "Peter" puffer.
