Re: Look Out Oceanic - Rebuilding Fish Tanks

I saw the TV ad a few months ago for that....I ordered it, and have used it once, it really didn't work too well on the hex tank, but I think it might work better on a 90 degree angle....we'll see.

          I have one.
          It worked okay...still messy.
The sealant bunched up and went over the sides. It's  just a pain because you have to keep cleaning the "do-dad" off every 10 seconds.

Re: Look Out Oceanic - Rebuilding Fish Tanks

I sold one at the last HAS auction.
It was worth a look, but it wasn't all that.
'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

if you put a line of masking tape on either side of the corner, then use your finger, you can peel up the tape and get nice straight lines.

just gotta take your time with every step... dont get in a rush.

+1 on the tape suggestion...makes for nice clean lines....
