Just got a couple of 4 packs for my Emperior 400s (pet solutions $7.99) and they look awsome.
plastic frame, stage 1 floss mechanical filter, stage 2 carbon chemical filter, stage 3 sponge biological filter
but they fudged a bit, each box contains 2 frames, 2 sponge filters & 4 combo floss & carbon filters.
the felt filter pad I bought from http://www.aquaticeco.com/ should work nicely in the frames.
