Sapphire Aquatics custom overflow box.

Here is my custom overflow box made by Kyle over at Sapphire Aquatics.


I had him make this to increase the "overflow" area as well as take up less space in the tank itself and could not be any happier!







The depth of the box is half of what the original Pro-Clear dual 1200gph overflow box is.

How do you mount it?? Looks great. How much. Super clean lines also.. .Much props to Kyle

Flow is dictated by the drains and pipes....All I did was increase the actual "overflow" area but the rest are the same.

It mounts just like the old one does... in the picture there was no hole to mount to the external part of the HOB overflow but I drilled that when I got home.

The lines are stoopid clean! Kyle has a CNC along with countless table routers to make it all happen!

The dude does some good stuff. Ahemm! Now all he need to do is make nano trimless glass tank. 60p and all.

I seen some of the rimless tanks.... saw the prototype a while back when I got my tank made by him. SUPER NICE!

The one I saw last night had an adjustable overflow and the PVC bottom rocks!

Overflow just takes place of the box that normally is there in the tank. This on is just less protruding, increases surface overflow area and black.




Sorry for the cloudy water... just pulled out 300lbs of rock and did 100% water change to net fry out.
