Clout is a mixture of medicines including Metro, and Metro(diazonole) is just that - pure Metro.

Gel-tek sells penicillin, erythromycin, ampicillin, & neomycin.

Not sure if that helps with your choice though. You can use the gel-tek by just squirting it in the tank and it will make little wafer-blobs your fish might eat.. Or you can try coating all your food in the gel-tek and they eat it that way.

The Espom salt will help with the WSP (white-stringy-poo), as will either Clout or Metro. Those Jungle parasite-tabs have Metro in them and DO work, you just need to make sure you get the full dosage (1 tab per 10 gallons, including sumps, canisters, etc) and you need to treat for five to seven days. Treat days 1,3,5,(7 if needed), and do 50% water changes with epsom salt replacements on days 1,2,4,6,(8 if needed).

I must warn though, that this is STRICTLY unscientific advice that has worked for me, but is not absolute.
