My Polleni looks like he's been punched in both eyes today. they are both bulging out. Last night he was fine. Can anyone give me any treatment ideas?

You are going to want to hit it hard with an antibiotic. Popeye is a symptom of an internal bacterial infection. I've had good luck with tetracycline. But I'd probably go with an antibiotic for both gram-positive and gram-negative infections.

I have good luck with this doing multiple water changes. Sometimes it's something in the water. do a 75% w/c, fill up, then do a 50% w/c. It might just help it. maracyn powder should cure it. Good luck.

Metro will not really kill bacterial infections. You are going to want to use something like Tetracycline or other gram positive and Negative bacterial infection killer.
