      4. When you return to feeding.. feed 1/4 of what you normally do.. and make sure that everyone in the tank eats.. Make sure that noone is hiding out.
      5. If they do, then seperate those fish and water change each day with a lot of epsom salt in their tank.. like 2 tablespoons per 10g.
      6. Keep a paddle in plain view near the aquarium!

If they all eat like crazy after 3 days.. they digested it all and its been expelled by then at the other end..
I'm going to try and avoid using so much epsom salt, I think that's what caused the other 2 to have bloat in the first place. I think in the past I used a little too much too often.

            How much were you using?

Not likely the epsom salt. I put it on the water conditions.....Milk don't help.

I added 2tsp/10g every time I changed the water.

That's nothing bro. I do that normally. It's a preventative to me.

trust me.....it's not the salt making your fishes sick.

Things that may have cause the sickness:

                1) Moved from CS to your tank.
                2) Your tank was not cycle to the level needed for their bio load.
                3) Your water condition out the tap.
                4) You doing to big and to many water changes for the BB to build up.
                5) Aggression from new petro.
                6) Aggression from each other.
                6) MILK.
                7) gold fish crackers.
                8) Unknown (sometime bloat just pops up).

My money is still on water condition. Can't be the salt.

I did a big water change, stirred up the gravel, did the carbon filter and poured in some conditioner. All the fish seem fine.

My 2 bloated ones died due to cheap faulty heaters. I'm sad.....They were pretty good size and plump.

Out the tap the parameters are:

                  Nitrate: 0 or undetected
                  Nitrite: 0
                  Ammonia: 0
                  Water: Hard
                  PH: 8

Maybe I am doing too many water changes...

                    You are fine bro...

I've had all sorts of BS fall into the tank at one point or another and never really did anything about it other then wake up the next day thinking "oh sh1t what happened last night". Never had a problem. Trophs ate Hotdogs once and it was hilarious to watch and nothing went south from them doing so, so I imagine goldfish crackers are much healthier then hotdogs.

Granted they're different fish (Oscars, Pacus, RTC) but I've fed my guys all sorts of weird stuff over the years and never had any problems. Hot dogs, apples, worms from the yard, bugs found in the house, rice, dog food, really whatever looked interesting to try. I don't think goldfish crackers are too bad. I mean, they use goldfish for feeders anyway, right?

Really though, it's not like you had Draino poured in the tank. I would think it would be ok.

You are an elite with all your turtles. You know some people are scared of turtles right?
