    fish tank injury

    This weekend I took all the rocks out of the polyodon 210. stood on a painter bench and just snatched out rocks like I've done 100's of times. Biggest rock was about 80lbs. I guess hunched over the tank is kind of a awkward position. Any way I gave myself a hernia. I now walk like a old crippled man and it shucks.

    All the Plants I worked in started giving safty lessons on the proper way to lift things right after I messed up my back lifting a 300# piece of junk.
