Anyways he is doing better the things on his fin is going away and didnt do much damage. Some people on Simplydiscus thinks it might have been a stroke and that I got to him just in time.

The eye cloud is now some white stuff protuding from his eye almost like a cone. Should I try to take it off or leave it and wait for it to fall off? I have never dealt with this before.Comment
