      Need more info.

Have you added anything new to the tank?
What are your water parameters? Ammonia? Nitrites? Nitrates? pH? Temp?
      Are all the fish affected?

Give us as much info as you can so we can help.

Also moving this thread to Diseases and Disasters forum.

Ok well I have had them for maybe over a week. And it's one male and 3 females. There are in with some Guppies and the guppys seem ok. The Killis do bite on the male guppys tail tho. But well I have them in a 29g.
Planted. With a hang over Filter. Idk what's wrong with them now they were ok a yesterday. "/ this is the 1st time I keep killis..

Sounds like something in the water.

Might want to do a water change.
I ate my fish that died.

I agree about doing a water change...#1 reason for fish jumping is something wrong with the water. The sooner, the better.

it could be possible you used too much prime. I'm not sure about that particular product but I know some dechlorinators/water conditioners can deplete oxygen levels. good luck
