Malichite green... on the carpet

Please help before my mother finds it :icon_hang:
I was treating an infection in my grow out tank. It's a lowly populated, 10g tank with a beta, a few baby jewels, 3 newts and an albimo pleco. I have a 20 gallon hang on filter that keeps water moving and the tank sparkly. I skim the gravel with a ciphon every sunday and do 20-40% WC every week. I found some white fuzz on my beta and pleco, isolated those two but went ahead and dropped some green in there... The jar got stuck and I -being stupid and impatient- willed it open... It spilled... all over my creame carpet.

I would try folex, its a carpet cleaner and i've had it get out some pretty impressive stains. never tried it with malichite green tho.

LMFAO!!! I was literally thinking the same thing...remember the day we were playing baseball in the house with the vacuum cleaner attachment and a sock and i was pretending to be Ken Griffey and I threw the "bat" and broke mom's picture....LOLOL..."We were playing in the house and I accidently broke your picture...I'm gonna run away" LOLOLOL.

I found a product called Simpe Green that will take the skin off of a bull's a$$....it might work for carpet also. Or you could burn the house down, it might be easier to deal with. LOL. good luck.

theres a place called namco,used to be on blalock.supplier of carpet cleaning companies.if the stain can be removed theyll know what to use.

if the area isn't too big, cut out the stained area in a square or rectangle, and cut out the same size piece from a hidden area (like the back of the closet) and swap out the pieces....then figure out how to clean it

Lol, I think I like the ideas of "Run!" However, I dumped a bucket of water on it and practically the entire thing of laundry detergent, scrubbed it in, stoped around and it's out! TIDE DETERGENT! I'm safe!
