  • White fuzz.

    There is this white fuzzy stuff all over my 75 gallon tank. its everywhere on the glass plants. Driftwood. I see it everywhere except on the fish and sand.

        There are many posts about the white fuzz that grows on driftwood. I eventually removed my driftwood.

          Its on the glass also It was all over the tank before i put the drift wood on. yeh its a little slimy. It also swings back and forth in the current also.

            If your driftwood is manzanita wood is very common and not dangerous for your fish, you can removed by yourself or a pleco can do it for you.

              I have a plecolita(l147) It doesnt clean though. Any suggestions for good looking cleaning plecos?

                Try with bristlenose plecos

                  You can use Amano Shrimp as long as you dont have fish that will eat the shrimp.
