Hey coung,
First off, hopefully everything turns out for the best. I wholeheartedly understand that Trophs can be high maintenance and get stressed out easily for various reasons. In which leads you to have a bad week / weeks before an optimistic solution.
I keep lots of epsom salt around (for personal reasons which is great for your body and plants), clout and general cure from API which has metro in it. I also treat the whole tank. Many folks have their own ritual and I take bits from here and there to get my own that works. All in all I will always use Epsom salt, frequent WC and make sure the temp is suitable for your babies. For me, Im not too keen on chemicals but if I do use, those 2 stated above are the only ones I use and it has to be extreme conditions or I have livestock coming in. I only separate if the kids are picking on the sickly. Other than that I keep it as if it was in the wild. The strongest will survive. I grows no punks....

FYI
I stay off of Dairy Ashford and Westheimer and work in Katy so I work and stay close by. Let me know if you need help during the week. Im mostly sober during the week so that will be your best bet unless you insinuate that you have a few (lots) beers / liquor you want to share on a sat / sunday morning. Then i am on my way eating fresh made egg - pancake sammich and a alcoholic beverage.

Thanks Frankie... I add Epsom salt to my tank every WC today is the 4th day of treatment. I've lost so far around 5 tros and a loach haha well the loach was kind of his fault and mine... He like to swim in the circulation pump when it's off and I didn't notice he was in there and BAM on comes the power... So yea...

Honestly I don't buy into the whole not feeding thing...

Those that are sick won't touch the food anyways.
Those that aren't will have their immune weakened with no food.
For added precaution, soak the food in metro and continue feeding sparingly for those that are eating.
