What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.

I disagree. You're learnin' like the rest of us. Your observations of zhoui and pandas were firsts here. He only fails who gives up. So your tank has some tubes in it. Now you can observe spawning behavior and report it.

I haven't scientifically proven it yet, but your current state of mind is the most important thing in solving all problems fish-related.

                        Thanks for the pep talk...

This morning all fish are still alive some are doing a lot better.

I did a water change and started second cycle of meds per the instructions on the box...

I am thinking they will make it since they haven't died yet and some are looking a lot better.

Pretty much I just need to leave it alone like I do my other tanks besides routine maintenance.

Woke up turned the lights on. Got a bacteria bloom going on. Tested the water readings were 7.8,0,0,0 so I am leaving it alone. All the fish are alive and looking for food so I am hopefull

wouldnt there be some NH3 or NO2 present to trigger the bloom?

                                Not always

could be medication or new pvc pipes. I am checking parameters every hour.
