Not sure what you are dealing with, or if you have a microscope, OR if you've read these two blog posts before, but I had an extreme case of fungus, bacteria, and parasites on a very damaged pond fish once. I documented the entire month and posted videos of the organisms that I scraped from his body. my favorite meds i like to used is melafix and primafix for treating fungal infection and bacterial infection a safe natural way. Or you u can always use jungle binox. this is a stronger medicine in my opinion then melafix and primafix but it will turn aquarium water yellow and some ornaments. happy fungus fighting. p.s. if its a major fungus infection, (you probably already know) you should lower your temp to keep the fungus from growing rapidly, lowing the temp will detain the growth of the fungus and gives you more time in killing it with meds. good luck
