Hard to read what you're trying to say. So do you have a 75gal with a 20gal and 10gal sump? Or do you have three tanks, a 75gal, 20gal, and 10gal? I'm a complete idiot when it comes to saltwater, but I've read several times on this forum and others, that ich in a saltwater tank = game over... unless the fish can fight it off.

Those ammonia levels are really high! I would do a water change and I'm assuming this ammonia lock is a chemical you're adding to lower it? I've never once used chemicals do lower ammonia and never will. They sound a gimmick to take you're money since a water change would do the trick. I would assume that the reason for your ammonia levels is that the tank isn't fully cycled since they're only 3 weeks old. Maybe give it some more time? Unless you're overfeeding, ammonia levels shouldn't be that high.

Don't take my word for it though. I'm a newbie to the hobby and I only have freshwater tanks. Everything I based my reply on were things I've read or come across from other people's experience.

Not cycled at all 3 week for salt water is not quite enough

I just know a little bit of SW u need to cycle live rock and sand first when your bacteria build up then u add fish very slow , and better if u start the sump with use media from some cycled tank

Dont take my word neither just for what have read and hear frim some people here , wait later and i know members with more experience can help u
