Lg. Goldfish developed bumps

Hi all, I am currently out of test equipment (getting some this weekend), but I have noticed some bumps beginning to form on my large goldfish Remy. He had a smaller bump on his body along the dorsal fin, it appeared soft but I haven't put hands on it as he stresses easily when any hands are in the tank. He now has a bump that showed up on his head about 1/2" above his eye and the one next to his dorsal has grown slightly larger. They are approx. the diameter of airline tubing. Is this a parasite or possibly a tumor?

Some info about the tank:
135g
2 canisters total rated volume is 275g
4 fancy's and 4 sm. Koi, Pleco, Blue crawfish as tankmates (been together for 5-6 mos)
when I switched everyone over to this tank I moved my bio media and transferred as much water as possible from the previous tank.
I feed Omega One Flake 2x a day and once every 4-5 days I feed some mysis shrimp and bloodworms as a treat. The frozen foods are all Hikari.
I do b/t 30 and 40% water changes weekly using de-chlorinated tap water. I use API products for this.

I'm working on getting a pic, phone is acting up. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas. I haven't attempted any treatments yet as I don't want to do more harm than good.

The bump is that lighter spot 1/2" back from his eye

did these come up suddenly? any other fish affected? it doesn't look like a parasite. i'm thinking tumor. keep an eye on it looking for redness and other signs of infection. if it is possible, i would quarantine until you know more.

The one near his dorsal has been present since I bought the fish, this one on his head is new. He does have what look like scars on the alternate side of his face and after looking at some online photos and a vet website, the scars look very similar to those left by either carp pox or cysts. No other fish have shown any signs or symptoms, every one is healthy looking and acting. He is also active and hungry, he's skiddish but has been that way since day one and I'm afraid the recent move may have stressed him enough to allow this to come up. Anytime I do water changes or do any aquascaping he starts to get antsy and darts back and forth in the tank so I'm afraid moving him again for QT may be too much. I know he is an older fish due to his size, honestly he looks like a feeder that someone just let go and kept feeding, so a tumor wouldn't be an offbeat guess either.
