Found lil black worms in my filter/tank

I was doing my water change this morning I found some lil black worms on my filter pad and some in my tank anyone know what these are if there real bad and how to get rid of them? I sucked everyone of them I saw floating in my tank which wasn't many changed my filter pad.

Well after further digging on google I found them to be planaria guess I'm overfeeding time to cut back some there and they should go away
