The problem with ordering sea bass is that sometimes that's not what you get. Saw a news report saying that a lot of restaurants served something other than what's listed. They did a bunch of DNA testing on samples taken from restaurants and found a lot of discrepancies.

ya i seen that thats why i dont order fish from restaurants if i want to eat fish i will go to the fish markets and buy my own

Went fishing once a while back caught a bull shark, got bqck and the guy cut it along with all the other fish we caught as well. Sharks not bad, it isnt fishy kinda tough like a steak.
