Can any one tell me whats wrong one of my petrochromis has a swallen eye, its like its about to pop. Dont know what it is I have separated it. Can anyone help

pop-eye, most likely a bacterial infection. please post tank info, water parameters, etc.my fish house:
2.5g- ramshorn hatchery
6g eclipse- yellow shrimp, chili rasboras, yellow apple snails
29g- geo grow-out, angels, 12"fire eel, dwarf frog, apple snails
45g- jade sleeper gobies, native killifish, feeder endlers
75g- 2 oscars, parrot, silver dollars, albino channel cat, syno euptera, bichir, baby jaguar, convicts, yabby
125g- fahaka puffer, rainbow shark

I would treat the tank with Melafix. It is a natural treatment for bacterial infections. It's what I use for pop eyein the past.120g
