Did water chnage on my tanks on Friday and noticed that snails had taken over one of my tanks. Thanks to Tim(armthehomeless) for the assasian snails. Put them in the tank last night, got up this morning and did not see a snail in the tank. Thanks Tim (armthehomeless) for coming to my rescue again.

got 2 assassin snails from Tim last year, I have about 10 right now lurking around that tank. They wiped out any pest snails I got, leave the 2 nerites alone. I think they've started eating themselves now that they don't have any snail to eat. oh.. and dead fish disappeared especially fast with those snails around.I have the patience of a goldfish....

I am in the Spring/Woodlands area and trying to find out where I can get my hands on some assassin snails. I have some trumpet snails in my tank and I want them GONE!
If anyone knows somewhere in my neck of the woods where I can find some, please let me know.

We never charge for assassins, we have a breeding colony that will start cannibalizing each other if we don't find them homes. Just give some away when yours starts breeding. With a solid 6-8 adults you'll be snail free in no time and breeding in under a few months. They never get too overpopulated, look nice, and are usually always in some small demand.In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
