Just get some angle iron and round stock and make your own brace just prime and paint it well so it dont rust im sure someone near you can weld it

use proxy with fiber glass sheets. i would sand the piece were it broke, so the proxy will attach nicely and place the fiber glass sheet on top to give it reinforcement also i would do a wrap around the bridge so the eproxy will cover the whole area.75g Tank,

Aesl1982 - That looks like what a lot of people have done on the web. I'm not certain I want to go that route but I may end up with some thing similar.
Found a glass place today but they never got back with me on cutting a 1/2" piece of glass. I'll have to actually stop in the store and see what they say.

They say these pieces can fail after several years.
BUT..... I'm still not certain the stand is giving enough support in the front. Probably gonna add some more wood to it.
What do you use to attach the new glass brace? Silicone? Epoxy??

Siliconed the new glass brace in and tank has been filled for almost a week now. For future reference I got a part number R32604 which is suppose to be the new frame. Customer service told me to order from our LFS.
