Tropheus found dead

I obtained a wild colony have had them for 3 days now all were fine until i find one fish today floating at the top looking like a leaf basically his eyes were eaten they also had a go at his body had very
little meat on him they were all eating and doing very well.

any ideas on this nasty death?
