Have you tried frozen mysis shrimp? If the fish is eating and thin, that doesnt always imply internal parasites. You can always treat the tank or fish as a precaution. I will isolate the fish and try to see her reaction to food. If the reaction is slow, then she's just not getting to the food on time. If reaction is same as fish in the main tank, then definitely sick.

One month is sometimes not enough to turn a fish around.

I will go to walmart or petsmart tomorrow to get some Tetra Parasite guard. Thank you Sunny.
Dont feed them for 1day, then throw in some algae wafers or pellets (new food). If they dont eat it, get it out of the tank if you can and dont feed them. Do this for 3days until they start eating the new food. As a reward, give them the food that they like if they finish or at least eat some of the new food. Fish can go 3days without any food and that wont affect their health

Only complaint is that the one fish is skinny, which also is not a big deal as she's behaving normally. She just needs time, and maybe meds if needed. Having them eat pellets is also dependent on time and I think Hung has that under control going on his fishkeeping skills.
