3 parrots - 1 has been with us for 5 years, the other 2 are really, really large and came to live here because they were about to be homeless
1 Male Bumblebee cichlid - Had for 5 years, has killed 2 other bumblebees.
2 peacock - don't get messed with in this tank...go figure
2 Male Zebras - Pretty aggressive but always lived with Bumblebee
1 Alei - Fairly passive, but always lived with Bumblebee and Zebras
3 convicts - strays from the hundreds of convict fry we had.  Fin-nippers.
1 16" Giraffe Cat - Came to live with us because he was being chewed on at my cousin's house.  Our other Giraffe Cat hates him so he has to live in this tank.
1 large pleco - no story, just a huge poop machine, but she's been around for 5 years so she's a fixture here.
1 Synodontis cat - he's a terror in all other tanks but this one
1 Male Frontosa - He doesn't get messed with in this tank, but the other male Frontosa in the 240 attempted to kill him so he had to be moved.

I know it doesn't sound much like an aggressive tank, but we had to remove 2 Green Terrors and 2 Flowerhorns from here because they were the ones getting mangled.  Green Terrors and Flowerhorn getting their butts kicked by a bumblebee and some parrots!!  Come ON!  But those parrots will gang up on anyone if they are in a mood....it's like they've formed a little gang or something.  :)  And the bumblebee is just a BMF.

Cool :)  its always interesting to see what fish will do..
At times I feel that they should just get along and be happy :)

GuyGeek -- I think you did a great rescue job.. and using the table saw at 2 o'clock in the morning, pissing off your neighbors would just be a dream come true....
"Officer -- Sorry I am using my table saw at 2am because I am attempting not to flood my house with 210 gallon of water.. maybe you would like to step inside and help clean up the mess if the water goes all over the place ?"  Girlgeek's reply "Only let him into the house if he carries something better than a Glock"

And for the record....so I keep myself out of too much trouble...guygeek's bracing job was most excellent.  I could not have made anything even close to that.  However, the whole tank -- bracing, silicone, water, rocks, aquarium glass...all of it is UGLY (right now).  Not something I'd normally post pics of.    That's all I meant.

That's a bada$$ tank!  Poor little bettas would've never had a chance. Hahahaha...and I agree with girlgeek, they would've been a little too "pretty" for those big guys

Every time I hear "too pretty " I chuckle. The thought of the betta's swimming W/ little girl screams trailing after them in bubbles, too funny.

  And in my head, I've got the same picture...only in addition to that, the Bumblebee is right behind the Betta saying "You sure got a purty mouth...."
