Crizz, how many have you lost?

I bought 11 in total and I only have 4 left. I've never had an issue with keeping guppies alive and I lost 7 in the span of a week from this place. Definitely NOT a good track record for T&T no matter how pretty the fish are

Ouch. Sorry about your loss. I bought some Tangs from them without any problems. Don't give up on them yet.

Have you thought about endlers? They are a lot more hardy and do very well in our water.

I'm really hoping that it was a BAD batch or something because all of these guppies were from the same time frame. I'm going to check to see when they get their next batch in and stop by. Maybe try to find an employee that knows anything about where they get them from, add in what type of environment. I really like the people I've dealt with so far and the store is beautiful. Obviously I liked the fish too, just need to figure out what happened and try to prevent it from happening again.

Houston Aquatics is a breeder. So any guppies you get from them were born in the water here. Not salt water some place else

I agree, don't give up on T&T. That's where I got the puffer fish that I had for years, oh, and my pea puffers too. They really are a good store and very nice people. Crizz, I would try to talk to the older gentleman there. He is so nice and helpful. He's the one that steered me towards coppersafe when my parrots got ich.
