I've read so much about the terrible bloat on tropheus and this was my first time that I had to treat a fish for that and thanks to God he is getting better and he is trying to eat
This is what I did
I used clout as medication (recommend doses for my 30 gal tank so 3 counts)
Epson salt 1.5 tbsp./ 10g
Water change everyday 25%
Fish got better after 4 days of treatment
