eyes bugged, twirling while swimming

Something is wrong with one of my Kribensis, his eyes look bugged out, and he only twirls when swimming, and it kinda looks like his mouth is locked open. I think I am going to euthanize the poor little thing and put it out of it's misery, it breathing is labored and I don't think it would last long anyway.

I am wondering what might have caused this.

might be case of bloat, is he round a puffy? laying around on the bottom? i am thinking its bloat , treat with metro,clout

causes could be stress, food change, other fish picking on him,

I've had bloat before in different species, but no, his body didn't look at all bloated. Yes, lying on the bottom. Luckily, all other fish seem healthy at the moment. Just the eyes and mouth were affected.
