That is the book I have and I think Geoff and Imagirlgeek as well.

I downloaded this packet of like hundreds of books off a torrent not too long ago.....I got it from a member on TropheusFanatics.invisionzone.com.

Well I thought I would let you all know that the chimba's are doing great. They are all very active and eating with hearty appetites. None of them seem to have suffered any long term affects. Only one of the embryo's have survived though, and one of the smaller fully developed fry I found on the bottom of the tank. So I do have two new colony members at the moment.

It's too bad we will never know what really caused this event, but it is also nice to know that there are so many boxers here who have the time and willingness to share their experience and knowledge when it is needed. Most of it, goes over my head, but it is truly appreciated.

            Re: Suffocating Fish

After an hour and a half of surfing I still can't find an actual value given. The sites all agree that the upper 3' of the shoreline area termed the surge zone is highly oxygenated and the goby cichlids have adapted to live in this environment. Don't mean to beat on the dead horse here but, like Imagirlgeek, I just love the research part of this and will continue to the search. Thanks for the link to the Aqualog books--I'll probably get that one to accompany my Brichard Tang Atlas.

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.

I am gonna dig through the "useful sites" section of TropheusFanatics.Invisionzone.com everyone usually post all the good reads there and I know I have posted a few so it might be in there.

If not I can ask one of the members over there which is living on the lake.
