If it's losing it's skin fast then obviously not a problem that occurred at this instance.....need more info to as what the living conditions are and what kind of lungfish you have.

what are the water conditions like? Are there other tank mates? Have you added any conditioners to your water?

In general, more information is needed.....

if u have other fish in the tank, at least qt him/her so that the others don't get it, although it might be too late if he has been there for a while with the disease!
