pimples?

it's been a while.... all is good with all my tanks... no deaths for a long time now.... so here is a good one... I got this blood parrot and she is like 9"-10" long. real big fish... I noticed about 2 weeks ago..she had..for lack of a better word.. a pimple.... well as the days passed..more and more emerged...now I would say she has about 6-8 all in the same stop... no where else and no other fish have anything like it... just her.... they look like you could pick them off her forhead...... here is a picture... anybody know what this is?and how to treat it?
