I got the diamond hole saws off eBay, a complete set for 1/2", 3/4", and 1" bulkheads a cople of years ago for ~ $35 tolal and have drilled several of my own tanks.Richard DouglasComment

I too picked up a set from eBay from a guy in Hong Kong. Ive drilled many holes with these over the last 4 years. The secret to drilling is lots of water and patience!
As far as cost... I cant help. Ive never paid to have a hole drilled
